The staff was helpful and polite. It's clear they focus on great service! my room was spacious and luxurious, it felt amazing. the location was perfect. I could walk to everything easily!

the tv was small, i think. it only showed freeview channels, can you imagine? i mean, come on, no netflix or movies, really? breakfast happened in a tiny room. it felt depressing, though staff were nice, whatever.

The king bed in my room had soft feather pillows. I slept well. the air conditioning worked effectively in the room.
the small tv in my room only had freeview available. i expected netflix or movies on demand, the dining room for breakfast felt a bit dingy. it was a little depressing

The staff was friendly. I loved the breakfast. the room was clean and the bed very comfy. i liked the hotel, it safety was good to enter as i needed a key to access the floors.
the room was noisy from the traffic. i think it was dusty and i'm not sure if it was cleaned well. it. but the view was amazing!
